Stobart Air, now Emerald Airlines, were recruiting for a vast amount of positions and we worked together to create a series which appealed to different sectors of the airline business. Following completion of these videos, Head of HR, Terry Keegan gave us this review:

"I had the pleasure of using Cathy for some recruitment videos for various positions within our airline. Cathy and her team were extremely diligent, they quickly understood what we required as well as the culture within Stobart Air, from that her team came up with a vision for each video we requested. The time and effort for each video was above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Also to mention that the recruitment drive for our Apprentice Engineering was 40% higher than normal, this if one hundred percent off the back of the videos Cathy created."

We applied two different style approaches - one which was young, upbeat and exciting aimed at the Apprentice Engineering Recruitment:

And the second style was aimed at a more mature recruitment and we decided inspirational, epic and moving would a perfect approach.

All of these recruitment videos were successful and had high engagement because of the time each client allowed in the prep process. We really got to know and understand the different cultures and people within the organisation who were passionate and genuinely felt like these were workplaces where they could excel in a nurturing environment. Applying an Irish voice which speaks to out wit, culture and banter lead to authentic and evergreen video content. An invaluable tool to show how great and attractable your workplace truly is.
